NYFW OOTD: MARSALA

On one of the COLDEST days of the year, I decided to wear a crop top. Yes friends, fashion can be painful... + it definitely was on this day [but so worth it!]. NYFW called and I answered. One of my favorite new colors is Marsala. Believe it or not, I had each of these piece separately in my closet + it just so happened that they were all the exact same shade of burgundy! Nothing is quite as chic as an all over monochromatic look in a strong color, when the shades are exactly on point. Of course one must be very careful with this... you have to use the exact color hues. My advice: It is best to get these pieces altogether to ensure they really are the same colors.

My little bit of skin that was showing truly hurt me a bit.. but I have to say it was still worth it! I loved running around to shows in this gorgeous oxblood ensemble.
