NYFW was incredible + I cannot wait to travel to Milan tomorrow for even more fashion goodness. I was able to capture some incredible moments from my favorite shows to reveal to you a little "mignon memories".. the adorable memories straight from the front row + my phone!
Front row at Ranfan, first time showing at MBFW + boy was it a beauty. I especially loved this incredible felted coat with fur collar + matching a line skater skirt. Can I please wear this to the Alps now? Okay, merci!
Oxblood at Pamella Roland. These two looks truly stunned me. A sequin sweater + exquisite sheen oxblood gown. Pure beauty. I truly need that sparkle sweater in my closet now!
High wasted paints, jumpsuits + crisp whites were all present at the incredible Narciso Rodriguez show. There was an underlying tone of Indian maharajas + what they wore even down to the little details in specific silhouettes. Along with some beautiful whites were some vibrant pops of color like marigold and bright blush. My personal favorite was the dress shown above paired back to a tailored white vest, a sincerely chic evening outfit that would make a statement at any dinner party.
Easy, cozy pieces at Adeam had me wishing I was cozied up in one of these amazing oversized wrap scarves, or some of the other incredible fur pieces that walker the runway. Beautiful hues of navy, indigo +grey tones swept the runway. There were some outstanding color block wool pieced styles that were extremely intricate + unique. The perfect pieces for a true stylish warm winter wardrobe.
Derek Lam did it again with his beautiful classic American sportswear. Incredible trench coats + beautiful pants were two highlights from the DL show. Another favorite were the thick sweaters he debuted on the runway, with a very clear sporty vibe. The above leather + green pony hair trench just about made me scream with excitement when I put it on in the showroom.
Mara Hoffman's bright colors + prints always puts me in a happy mood. To be honest, my favorite part of this show was the messy, incredible braids that laced the hair of each + every model. Fringe also made a statement in her show, proving yet again to be a key trend for fall.
This beyond beautiful statement bracelet at the Victoria Beckham showroom is just one reason why I loved her show for Fall 2015. statement sweaters, bold wool structured skirts + incredible avant-garde dresses. Another incredible piece of the show was her outerwear which made a bold statement with their structured waists + high necklines. Key trends were oversized knits, high necks + gauchos. Oh, and seeing David Beckham just always makes me smile.
Sally LaPointe was right on POINT. This was absolutely one of my favorite shows of the season with the mixed fringe + incredible wool pieces. It was pretty difficult to have a favorite show when there were so many incredible ones to see, but this one definitely topped it. I would love to wear the above outfit to a fun NYC cocktail event.
So far this season, do you have a favorite show?
