WHAT I WORE: NYFW

There is just nothing as spectacular as being in the midst of the craziness at Lincoln Center. Recently, I went to the rewardStyle party at the Empire Hotel and had an absolute blast getting to meet bloggers from all around the globe!

For this party, I wore a dress that I recently discovered at COS stores, which is a european brand that is only available online. You can find an extremely similar version of this dress made by Chloe as well.

Can I just tell you what magic it feels like to walk around Lincoln Center? All the photographers awaiting the next fashion celeb, the on lookers anxious to see their favorite style icon, the fabulous fashion goers [pros at this point], + the fashion newbies excited to get into their very first show ever... it's a mix of excitement + fashion fabulousness!

When the lights go down at a show and the music starts pumping, you can just feel the excitement in the air.  I have been to multiple shows the season, + for me it doesn't get old. The best part is seeing the clothing up close in personal in the vendor showroom later the same week- what a thrill!

If you have never been to fashion week, let me encourage you to bucket list this experience right now. It is an incredible experience, even if you are only an on looker watching all the amazing fashion icons walk right by you and into the show. Stand outside, apply for a press pass, contact PR agencies.. do what you have to do get into one of these amazing shows! I am lucky that with my job I get to go automatically, but if I didn't I would do anything I could to get into these shows.

Share your fashion week stories with me! I would love to hear them all!
